Commercial HVAC Apprentice

Four Seasons Air, LLC is looking for a motivated, dependable, and hardworking Commercial HVAC Apprentice to join our team. We are a small commercial HVAC company serving customers throughout Southern New Hampshire and Massachusetts, including the Greater Boston area.

HVAC experience is preferred, but not required. This is an opportunity for someone who is interested in learning a skilled trade and building a career in commercial HVAC.

What You’ll Do:
-Work alongside an experienced commercial HVAC technician and learn the trade through hands-on training
-Assist with commercial HVAC service and preventative maintenance
-Learn the basics of heating, cooling, refrigeration, and HVAC systems
-Assist with troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues
-Assist with repairs and replacement of HVAC components
-Learn to properly use HVAC tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic equipment
-Assist with servicing commercial equipment, including rooftop units and other commercial heating and cooling systems
-Assist with installations, equipment replacements, and other HVAC projects as needed
-Develop your technical and mechanical skills through hands-on field experience
