Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical systems and equipment across our facilities. Your expertise will ensure optimal operation of HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen appliances, and other mechanical components. Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure continuous operation.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools; execute repairs efficiently to minimize downtime.
Install, upgrade, and calibrate appliances and mechanical equipment following safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment between sites as needed.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used; complete all documentation accurately and promptly.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate complex repairs or installations; provide guidance on mechanical system improvements.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to resolve urgent issues affecting operations or safety.
Experience

Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance mechanic with a focus on appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or kitchen equipment maintenance.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting complex systems.
Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair—including air conditioning—and familiarity with HVAC & appliance technology.
Demonstrated ability to operate equipment repair tools and perform maintenance tasks efficiently.
Construction experience or background in building maintenance is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills combined with leadership qualities to support team efforts and communicate effectively with clients or colleagues.
Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely; familiarity with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) practices is desirable.
