Description
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to join our Field Mobilization Team. In this role, you’ll support commercial mechanical construction projects by helping prepare job sites, move materials, and assist skilled trades. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, being part of a team, and working in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Assist with job site setup and breakdown, including temporary facilities, fencing, and safety signage
Load, unload, move, and stage mechanical materials and equipment
Support HVAC, plumbing, and pipefitting crews with general labor tasks
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
Assist with material deliveries, inventory, and tool tracking
Operate basic hand and power tools safely
Travel to multiple job sites daily
What We’re Looking For

Dependable and hardworking with a strong work ethic
Able to perform physical work, including lifting up to 75 lbs
Willingness to learn and take direction
Team-oriented attitude
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to meet insurance requirements to operate a company vehicle
Construction or trade experience is a plus, but not required
Helpful Experience (Not Required)

Commercial construction experience
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
Forklift, scissor lift, or aerial lift experience
Familiarity with mechanical construction tools and materials
Work Environment

Work is primarily performed on commercial construction sites across varying locations
Exposure to weather, noise, dust, and typical construction conditions
Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions on active construction sites
Weekday schedule with potential for early starts, overtime, or occasional weekends
