The HVAC Maintenance Mechanic, Level III is responsible for preventive maintenance of Air Handlers, Walk-in Cold Room and Freezer systems, periodic inspections of HVAC systems to ensure proper operation and perform daily checks/repairs in compliance with company and departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

What we are looking for: High School Diploma or Equivalent 3 years’ experience in HVAC equipment maintenance environment Minimum 1 year experience in Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry performing equipment maintenance activities preferred EPA Refrigerant recovery certification (holds or can obtain) A working knowledge of shop math, ability to read and write. Intermediate mechanical knowledge Can troubleshoot, use hand tools and can read complex mechanical, piping, electrical and equipment drawings. Basic computer skills are required. The ability to comprehend and apply Standard Operating Procedures on a continual basis in all facets of the job
