Position Overview

We’re looking for a licensed Plumbing Journeyman who wants to build a career, not just clock in and out. The ideal candidate is dependable, motivated, and takes pride in craftsmanship and customer service.

What You’ll Do

Perform plumbing and heating installations, service, and repairs for residential and commercial clients.
Work on a variety of systems including water heaters, oil and gas boilers, commercial boiler systems, and new construction builds.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing issues efficiently and accurately.
Complete bathroom, kitchen, and mechanical room installations to code and company standards.
Maintain accurate notes, take photos of completed work, and document materials used for job records.
Ensure all work complies with state and local plumbing codes.
Communicate clearly with customers, office staff, and team members to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace and company vehicle.
Uphold company reputation through professional appearance, punctuality, and accountability.

What You Bring

Active Journeyman Plumbing License (Required)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Dependable and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
