What You will Do:
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing and heating systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• Use hand and power tools to complete projects efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints for accurate installations.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service on-site.
• Adhere to all state codes and follow safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Licensed Plumbers: Current or renewable plumbing and/ or gas licensure.
• Heat Techs: Must have 2 years’ minimum experience in the field.
• Apprentice Plumbers: Must have general knowledge of trades and be willing to join the apprenticeship; in the field, experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record; must have reliable transportation to and from the shop daily.
• High school diploma or GED; ability to solve basic field math problems.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug testing if necessary.
• Must have basic hands tools appropriate for your position (specialized equipment is provided).
• Ability to occasionally lift 50-75 lbs., work in confined spaces, and stand/kneel for extended periods.
