Revo Casino and Social House is looking for a Regional Facility HVAC Specialist to join our team!

Position Summary:
• Supports the Director in overseeing engineering, facilities, EVS, and grounds operations across multiple locations
• Hybrid role combining hands-on HVAC/gas system expertise with operational oversight and project coordination
• Performs advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and compliance for HVAC and gas systems
• Provides administrative support and helps manage day-to-day facility operations
• Needs strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Involves regional travel between Dover, Manchester, Keene, Lebanon, and Conway, NH
Position Qualifications:
• Valid HVAC certification and gas license (required)
• 5+ years HVAC/gas system experience; commercial or multi-site preferred
• Supervisory or lead technician experience
• Associate’s degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building systems
• Able to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Experience with project coordination and construction contracts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS/facility software
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Clean driving record; able to travel regionally.
• Must meet licensing requirements and provide basic HVAC tools
