Residential HVAC Installer

A.J. LeBlanc Heating is hiring an experienced residential HVAC installer for full-time, year-round work throughout Southern New Hampshire. This HVAC installation technician position pays $30-$45 per hour based on experience and reports to our Bedford, NH shop.
Responsibilities
– Install residential gas and oil furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, central air conditioning, and ductwork.
– Fabricate sheet metal; run refrigerant line sets, condensate, venting, and controls; braze, pressure test, evacuate, start up, and commission equipment.
– Document completed installations and maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites while communicating professionally with homeowners.

Qualifications
– At least two years of residential HVAC installation experience and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
– EPA 608 certification preferred; sheet metal, brazing, ductwork, boiler, heat pump, and commissioning experience are valuable.
– Ability to safely lift and carry equipment, read installation documents, and work effectively with an installation team.

Schedule, pay, and benefits
Full-time, year-round daytime weekday installation work. Pay is $30-$45 per hour plus health and dental insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, paid holidays, life insurance, uniforms, a well-stocked install truck and company tools, approved training and licensing reimbursement, incentives, and year-end bonuses.
