Position Summary
Zehnder America is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Technician to support our growing installed base of high-performance ventilation and indoor air quality systems. This role is critical to ensuring customer satisfaction, system reliability, and brand reputation.
The Service Technician will handle incoming service calls, perform on-site and remote diagnostics, complete repairs and commissioning work, and serve as a trusted technical resource for homeowners, contractors, engineers, and distributors. The ideal candidate combines strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with excellent communication skills and a professional, solutions-oriented approach to customer service.
