Water Restoration Technician

Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour
Location: Concord, New Hampshire
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

What You’ll Do:
Assist with water mitigation and restoration projects under the guidance of experienced technicians
Learn to operate restoration equipment, tools, and software
Help document projects and maintain organized job sites
Communicate with customers professionally and provide exceptional service
Follow company safety standards and procedures
Support the team with general construction, cleanup, and equipment maintenance tasks
Opportunity to grow into leadership or advanced restoration roles over time
Who We’re Looking For:
Motivated, reliable, and coachable individuals—no experience required!
Positive attitude and willingness to learn a skilled trade
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Reliable transportation to job sites
Willingness to undergo background and driving record checks
Preferred (but not required):
General construction, water mitigation, or restoration experience
IICRC certification or interest in earning certification
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly (up to 100 pounds with assistance)
Comfortable climbing ladders, working at heights, and in tight spaces
Able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
