Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented full-time Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a crew. You’ll play a critical role in delivering top-notch craftsmanship across a variety of projects.

Responsibilities:

Perform general and finish carpentry work on residential and commercial projects.
Install doors, windows, framing, trim, cabinetry, and other structures.
Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe job site.
Troubleshoot and solve on-site challenges.
Requirements:

3+ years of carpentry experience (residential or commercial).
Proficiency in reading construction plans.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
