Entry-Level Field Technician – Laborer/Helper
Position Summary
The Entry-Level Field Technician – Laborer/Helper is a member of the Field Operations Team and supports experienced Field Service and Installation Technicians with the installation, maintenance, service, and repair of material handling equipment, loading dock equipment, industrial/commercial doors, and related equipment.
This is an entry-level, hands-on position designed for someone interested in developing mechanical and technical skills while learning from experienced technicians in the field. Previous industry experience is not required. The employee will begin by assisting with basic field tasks and will be expected to develop the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to take on greater responsibility over time.
Work is performed primarily at customer locations, construction sites, warehouses, and industrial/commercial facilities.
