1st Shift Assembly Technician – Manchester, NH – 40 hours per week
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Assembly Technician to join our production team. This role is responsible for assisting in the assembly and testing of electronic components to meet customer specifications.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
• Assemble resistors and related components at designated workstations
• Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet product specifications and tolerances
• Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies per technical documentation
• Identify and repair units that fail testing or fall outside tolerance limits
• Operate production machines and adjust settings as needed for complex tasks
• Utilize computer-controlled equipment for automated or semi-automated processes
• Perform traveler tasks as part of the production process
• Follow all safety regulations and ISO quality procedures
• Participate in training and support fellow team members
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED required
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
Skills and Abilities:
• Basic understanding of testing equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Ability to work independently and maintain productivity
• Good hand-eye coordination and visual acuity
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and adaptability
